Dr Dan Marsh and Dr Mo Akhavani founded The Plastic Surgery Group as an alternative to the large, commercial and often impersonal cosmetic surgery clinics. Their vision was to open a clinic whose primary focus was on quality and service. To offer patients an individually tailored experience provided by, and only by, the founding surgeons.
The Plastic Surgery Group brings together 3 of London’s finest and most experienced surgeons, working from their central London Harley Street location, where you can be assured of exceptional service and care, quality treatments and most importantly, excellent results. Our surgeries are carried out at Central London hospitals, by the PSG surgeons and are competitively priced, giving you, the confidence you need.

What makes us different?
We are different to other clinics in that you are always seen by your surgeon, not a patient coordinator. From the initial consultation, all the way through to the surgery itself and beyond, you will be in the care of the PSG. We have our very own Operational Manager and Lead Nurse, who are always available for any questions or queries you might have.
Our surgeons are among the few in the UK who carry out the majority of surgeries under sedation and local anaesthetic meaning faster recovery times and minimal downtime. At the PSG we work as a team and we are here for you every step of the way.

A pioneer of the ‘short scar breast augmentation’, Dan Marsh is a highly experienced, UK-trained plastic surgeon. He has an NHS post at Royal Free Hospital, London and is an award-winning specialist in breast, face and body contouring surgery. He also has Fellowships in the United States.

Plastic Surgeon
Mo Akhavani is a Consultant Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeon. He has worked with some of the world’s leading plastic surgeons and has trained in London, Rio de Janeiro and New York. Mo is a pioneer of the ‘BEST’ body contouring technique (Body Enhancing Speedy Transformation).
